• Any and all returns require you to contact Victorialyn via email with the reason of return and to obtain an RMA#.  All returns are subject to a restock fee of 25% and shipping from and to Victorialyn will not be refunded.  Returns will not be honored without an RMA#. 
• If you receive your item(s) and they are damaged, please retain all packing materials, take photo's if possible, and contact Victorialyn via email at victorialyn@charter.net for further instructions.
• Each item for sale on Victorialyn displays an estimated shipping time (beneath price and titled Availability) from the placement of order.  Due the Holiday season's, i.e., Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, shipping availability may take longer due to the sales volume of the season.  IF you need your item(s) faster than the estimated shipping time, you must contact Victorialyn at victorialyn@charter.net and ask if the date you are requesting is available.  If you place an order with Victorialyn and cancel the order after the shipment (before or after delivery), Victorialyn will not honor the return nor credit the account.
• All custom made items on Victorialyn are not refundable.  Each custom item is made to your specifications and clearly marked on each item page with Custom Made in the USA, these items are not returnable without the prior consent of Victorialyn.  If Victorialyn agrees to allow the return - restock fees and shipping charges will apply.
• When a return is allowed, Victorialyn reserves the right to inspect the product prior to credit.  Credit to account may take up to 7 business days and will be applied to the same method of payment, minus restock and shipping fees.
• Shipping will be on a best shipping carrier method basis.  Although you may select UPS or USPS; Victorialyn reserves the right to ship the most practical way although that may be a different carrier than you have selected.  If you prefer a certain carrier, please email us at victorialyn@charter.net to make sure that we use that carrier.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Victorialyn product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Victorialyn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Victorialyn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Victorialyn shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
