Made of Midnight Blue Velvet, edged with silver and adorned with Silver Glitter Moon & Stars on both the hat and cape.  Attaches at neck with velcro.  Cape and Hat comes in multiple sizes that will fit most kids - toddler through age 10.  Larger sizes and other colors are available, please email us.
