Dress features a sleek stretch Velvet bodice to accomodate multiple sizes with glittered tulle flowers at the neckline, a faux satin underlayer, and two layers of tulle. Top tulle layer of skirt is holographic glitter. Sugarplum features a petal peplum of matching tulle with top petal layer in glitter tulle. All edges are serged. Comes in many sizes.
